IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rickards since 2017 and he has improved my quality of life so much! I was suffering from migraines, back pain, fatigue and autoimmune issues. After beginning care, I haven’t had a migraine since, and no longer have constant back and neck pain! I have a lot more energy and my symptoms of my autoimmune issues have been so much less. I now go regularly once a month for up keep and I feel like a normal person again no longer existing with constant pain. Highly recommend!

NONE BETTER!
Gave Dr. RicKards upper clerical Blair Chiropractic technique a try. I am 100% better and adjustments are holding. I now just have maintenance appointments every 2-3 Months to help keep my spine healthy. You can not find any Chiropractor in North County that has this technique down to a science ..... literally.
